The Stacey Pchajek Memorial Foundation was established in the summer of 2003. It is in memory of Stacey Leanne Pchajek who died tragically following a motor vehicle accident which occured May 27th, 1998. She was just 13 years old then, but wise beyond her years.

Education was very important to Stacey so it was only fitting that this foundation be established. The object is to assist in the advancement of education by providing scholarships, bursaries and prizes to students in southeast Manitoba.

We are starting out with an award for a student graduating from grade 8 at Ste. Anne Elementary as well as an award for a student graduating from grade 12 at Ste. Anne Collegiate. The recipients of the awards should reflect the type of person that Stacey was. Please read the criteria listed on the awards page and if you know of someone at Ste. Anne Elementary or Ste. Anne Collegiate that you think meets the criteria, please click on nomination forms.

STACEY LEANNE PCHAJEK (DAISY)
This photo was taken in the fall of 1997 near the start of grade 8. Stacey was wearing her favourite shirt with daisies on. She loved daisies so much that she got the nickname of daisy by her friends.
